About Author Ida J. Lewenstein

Ida J. Lewenstein is a retired English as a Second Language teacher for 22 years in San Francisco, CA. She writes funny rhyming poems in a whimsical manner. This is a real help to teachers and parents who struggle to get children excited to read. Ida is a long standing member of the California Writers Club and her poems and stories have appeared and placed in several local publications and contests. She attended the University of Washington in Seattle and San Francisco State University.
